I’ll be offering mini reflexology with tuning forks sessions throughout the festival, giving you an opportunity to experience a little of what reflexology can offer.

I’m a Registered Reflexologist whose work blends professional reflexology techniques with complementary wellness practices, including Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD), facial multi-reflexology, tuning fork therapy, and other approaches that support the body as a whole.

Therapeutic oils: each blend is thoughtfully created with the understanding how the body works. 

     Herbal teas - the essence of nature: each tea is created thoughtfully through the understanding of the plants essce and traditional properties to create a unique experience and feeling in the body

     Bath and foot soak:  handcrafted with a generous blend of botanical and salts created around the traditional properties of each plant

Plant Medicine

Daytripper Honey and Home Spa’s delightful products are bee-made and human-made in our small, family-run business located in rural Kanata, Ontario. We bottle pure, raw honey, straight from our backyard hives: our bee girlz produce their golden nectar from wildflowers, trees and other pollen sources. Our honey is rumoured to be the best honey ever-tasted! Like our honey, our home spa products are intended to help you “bee” your best: we create beeswax-derived lip balm and body moisturizers, honey and sugar body scrubs, flax and lavender eye pillows (with washable covers) for yoga and relaxation, small rice and lavender muscle warmers for recovery or meditation, simple mandala necklaces, lava and stone bead bracelets and other hand-made curios to support your well “bee-ing”!

 I will be offering the gentle touch of Spinal Flow at the vendor’s market. Accompanying me will be Jennifer Valiquette, Spinal Flow Practitioner and founder of Silver Birch Place Wellness Centre.

I have always collected fabrics, batiks, scarves and textiles from around the world- the colours, patterns and textures capture my attention and soul. The shut down enabled time we don't normally have- time of introspection and quiet, which allowed creativity to blossom. I am so overjoyed to be able to share these vibrant bursts of colour and light with the community for a meaningful purpose

​Monica – a shamanic seer and starseed oracle – will be holding intentional space for sessions throughout the day, including mini Higher Self Oracle Readings (20min, connect with your higher self and the messages coming through at this time for your highest good) and Spiritual Mentorship (45min, deeper discussion about your spiritual path, along with supportive tools and energetic practices). Monica will also be offering handcrafted botanical ritual tools, each thoughtfully curated with foraged and garden-grown plant medicine, and imbued with ancient earthly wisdom.
