Earth Pulse- Gong & Nature Sound Immersion
Sink into the deep pulse of rhythm, resonance, and nature.
This immersive sound journey weaves the grounding tones and rhythms of gongs and drums with beautiful nature soundscapes, chimes, shakers, synths, and atmospheric music appearing along the way.
Not quite a sound bath, and not a concert either — this is an immersive sonic voyage where you are the traveller.
Expect moments of deep stillness, softness, and expansive calm, alongside powerful, slightly louder peaks of rich, cinematic sound — and, of course, silence. The soundscape is dynamic and ever-evolving, inviting you to listen, feel, imagine, and simply be.
More than rest and relaxation, this journey is an invitation to travel inward — into a space of possibility, intuition, and deeper knowing. The intention is to support imagery, insight, self-discovery, creativity, and peace, allowing whatever wants to emerge to unfold naturally.
The experience begins with a few minutes of gentle centering breath and simple somatic movement and stretches, helping you settle into your body, release tension, and open to the experience.
Then the sound begins… and your journey unfolds.

We will start with a grounding and healing meditation. In this workshop yoiu will learn how to deepen our connection to our plant kin and the healing that they can bring to us. We will learn in particular about fall root and flower medicines that will help us release and prepare us for the winter.

Jian Da Costa-Khidir - Co-hosting with Falens Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Journey
As we embrace fall and the world around us shifting and changing, this guided meditation and sound bath offers an opportunity to slow down, ground, and reconnect with yourself.
Working alongside Falen, this is an immersive sound bath, featuring my voice alongside gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other percussive instruments. Throughout the experience, we’ll embrace the beautiful interaction between the sounds of nature outside and the sounds we create together. My intention is to create a space where you can relax and heal. I’ll move throughout the space during the sound bath, allowing some of the instruments to be experienced up close and creating opportunities to feel the deeper vibrations in the body.

Falen Reid - Co Hosted with Jian Da Costa - Khidir

Classical Yoga Nidra - Tap Into Your Power to Live the Life You Wish to Live
In Classical Yoga Nidra, the aim is to remain in the theta brainwave state, the deeply relaxed, dream‑adjacent space just before sleep. Here, the mind is highly receptive, creative, and open to insight and intention‑setting, without dropping fully into deep, dreamless delta sleep.
Classical Yoga Nidra is uniquely suited for problem‑solving, creativity, emotional processing, and sankalpa work, because it intentionally keeps you in theta, relaxed, but not asleep. Tap into your power to live the life you wish to live.
Relaxation to Strategic Visualization to Seeds for Manifestation.
(practiced in savasana, corpse pose)

The Inner Yes: From Fear to Forward
We're often taught that opportunity comes from building the right network first, then taking the leap. But what if it works the other way around? In this interactive session, we'll explore how listening to your quiet, inner yes (even in small, unglamorous moments) is often what creates community in the first place, not what requires it.
Through conversation, questions, and real stories, we'll uncover what gets in the way of trusting that inner yes (approval-seeking, certainty-seeking, the urge to punish rather than pivot) and leave with one small, actionable yes to carry into your forward momentum. Come ready for conversation, interaction and maybe even a new door opening for your path forward from fear.

Cacao & Connection : An Introduction to Sacred Cacao
Join us for an introduction to cacao that blends education, storytelling, music and a small sensory experience.
Together, we’ll explore:
-
Where cacao comes from — the cacao plant, its origins and cultural significance.
-
Our relationship with cacao — sharing a little about the cacao we source from Guatemala and Ecuador and the people who steward these beautiful plants.
-
What makes ceremonial cacao different? — how cacao is traditionally prepared and used in ceremony.
-
Cacao & the heart — exploring cacao’s connection to the physical heart, emotional wellbeing and the symbolism of opening the heart.
-
Cacao as plant medicine — an accessible exploration of why cacao has become such a meaningful part of modern rituals, ceremonies and gatherings.
-
A sensory experience — participants will receive a small sample to taste and experience cacao through its flavour, aroma and texture.
-
Music & connection — Jay and I may share a song or two to create a warm, heart-centred atmosphere.
-
A moment to slow down — an invitation to pause, connect and experience cacao rather than simply learn about it.
We’ll also invite participants to visit our Maya Luna booth, where we’ll have ceremonial cacao from Guatemala and Ecuador, single-serving cacao packets, unique cacao-inspired pottery and mugs, and artisanal treasures from South America.

Tending Your Fire 🔥
There are seasons when life asks us to tend to our life & goals differently, to become more discerning with our energy, more intentional with our attention & more devoted to what is truly ours.
Tending Your Fire is a metaphoric story teaching experience for anyone standing at a threshold: entering a new chapter, feeling called toward something more meaningful, ready to move through life differently or sensing that something within them is asking to be nurtured, prioritized, protected or brought to life again.
Through story, reflection & guided conversation, Mikayla Chisholm will share a teaching from the Sovereign Fire Keeper, a story exploring what it means to tend the fire that is yours this season.
You’ll be invited to listen inward & connect with your heart led momentum.
We’ll explore what your fire needs to thrive & what it may be time to stop giving your precious energy to.
This is a space to pause from life’s busy word of demands, reconnect with story medicine, connection, what matters most & leave with one clear, grounded action for tending what is alive within you now.

💚OPEN YOUR HEART, OPEN YOUR LIFE💚
💚Heart-opening yoga isn’t just about flexibility. It’s about posture, breath, and emotional courage working together so you stand taller, breathe deeper, and feel lighter.
💚When you open the chest and upper back, you counter hours of sitting, improve ribcage mobility, and give your lungs room to do their job. Pair that with slow, intentional inhales to lift and lengthen and steady exhales to soften and release, and you train your nervous system to shift from stress to presence.
💚Over time you build stability around the spine and shoulders, expand energy, and reconnect to gratitude and compassion.

WildRising
Wildrising Shamanic Drumming Journey
The WildRising Shamanic Drumming Journey invites you to experience an ancient shamanic practice, where rhythmic drumming provides a threshold to gently shift your consciousness and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
Rooted in a core shamanic practice that has been used across cultures for over 30,000 years, the steady beat of the drum can support access to your subconscious awareness—opening space for insights and sensations aligned with your highest good.
We will begin by opening a sacred circle, calling in supportive energies to hold a safe and intentional space. A guided grounding meditation will help settle your body and nervous system, preparing you to enter the journey. As the drum begins, you may experience imagery, emotion, or a sense of deep inner stillness. Each journey is unique—there is no right or wrong way to receive. We will close with a gentle energetic clearing to support the release of anything ready to be let go – leaving you feeling more connected, centered, and aligned.
No experience is needed, only a willingness to be present and open to what unfolds. Suggested things to bring: an eye covering is highly recommended, yoga mat, a hoodie, small pillow, warm socks, journal, water.
